I was detected to have diabetes in 2014, that is, around 6 years ago during a medical check-up. At that time, my HbA1c was found to be very high at 10.3. I also had other issues like high BP, high weight of 86 kg, knee pain, lower back pain, low D3 & B12, low Iron.
