When I started getting constant back pain not related to any physical activity, my brother-in-law, who is a doctor suggested that I get my sugar levels tested. The fasting sugar level of 160 shattered me.

Till 2008, it had never crossed my mind that I would ever get diabetes as I have no diabetic history to mention. Nobody from my mother's side nor father's side has it. So mine was non-hereditary diabetes! The reason could have been stress due to business loss back in 2002.

Am a chemical engineer by profession and now own a pharma intermediate factory.

I was diagnosed with diabetic in 2008 as per the first medical report available. Since then, I was started on medicine, and slowly, over time, the dosage increased. My fasting sugar level never came down below 115. Hba1ç oscillated between 6.5 and 8.4.

Following my friend's advice, I attended the online FFD introduction on 24th April 2020 and later registered for the Intensive Batch 58. Started following the FFD protocol from 25th April and by 2nd May ( in 7 days), all my diabetic and BP medicines were stopped. I am medicine-free since then!

Without any medicines, my fasting blood sugar is below 100, HbA1c has come down to 6.0, BP is in the range of 120/65.

I remember in February 2018 my weight was 78.5 Kg. I started on diet control and exercise and in a span of about 15 months, my weight had reduced only to 74 Kg. My weight when I joined FFD was 71 Kg. Now my weight is 62.5 kg and I am very happy with the weight reduction and feel really light and energetic at BMI 21.

My waist which was 36 inches in 2018 has now reduced to 32 inches. I am waiting for a safe opportunity to shop for new clothes as the ones right now look like they have been fitted on a "scarecrow"... literally!

I am grateful to Dr. Pramod Tripathi and the FFD team for all guidance and help were given to me and other diabetic patients on the path of reversal and making us free from medicines. We NEED such doctors who ACTUALLY help the patients and not just add them to their long list of customers. đŸ™‚
