KOJAGIRI SPECIAL

  • This Kojagiri will be sweet for the Diabetics! Enjoy your Kojagiri with delicious Almond Masala Milk..!
  • Recipe for Almond Milk:
    1.Soak the almonds for 12 hours in filtered water
    2.Drain the water and wash them in fresh water
    3.Add twice the amount of water and grind finely, to smooth liquid paste
    4.Strain the milk through a muslin cloth
    5.Almond milk is ready
    6.Heat it stirring continuously 
    7.Do not boil it. Add saffron, ilaichi powder and chopped pistachios
    8.Add stevia drops and enjoy your masala milk on this Kojagiri!
  • Note:
    1.Use the pulp on top of desserts, salads or in flour. Do not waste
    2.You can also use ready-made masala to make masala milk
