APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Benefits

a) Apple cider vinegar like all citric fruits increases the alkalinity in the body which helps for diabetes mellitus patients.

a) Various distilled varieties are available.
b) Clear and see-through varieties can be beneficial.
c) But, unfiltered and cloudy varieties are more nutritious so they are recommended.
