1 cup chopped cucumber,  ¼ cup chopped coriander, 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder, 1 tbsp chopped peanuts, ¼ tsp minced green chillies, Salt to taste, 2 tsp lemon juiceTadka: jeera + hing in 1 tsp oil

Ingredients:

1. Mix cucumber, coriander, chillies & lemon juice
2. Add peanut powder, chopped peanuts & salt
3. Prepare tadka with jeera & hing
4. Pour tadka over salad
