My Diabetes Story


In November 2022, a random health check conducted in my building revealed an unexpectedly high HbA1c level of approximately 10.9.

This news came as a complete shock.  Despite experiencing sudden weight loss and eyesight issues, I hadn't connected these symptoms to diabetes.

To confirm the diagnosis, I underwent additional testing, only to discover that I was indeed diabetic.

The severity was evident with an HbA1c level of 11.2. This marked the beginning of my immediate quest for a solution to manage and address this health challenge.

How was FFD introduced?


Upon learning about my situation, I promptly initiated my investigation and discovered information about FFD.

What made me choose FFD?

Not only did my blood sugar levels improve, but my HbA1c level now stands at a commendable 5.6. I successfully achieved weight loss, going from 72 kg to a healthier 65-66 kg range.

Clearing my GTT with flying colors was another achievement. On the exercise front, I like running and make it a point to run 10 km every Sunday along with other exercises.

I am much more fit and energetic now. FFD has taught me that mental health is also very important when it comes to good health.
