My Diabetes Story


In 2015, I began experiencing noticeable symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, and an intense craving for food, which led me to undergo routine tests confirming my diabetes diagnosis.
 
Alongside this, I grappled with issues of being overweight. The strong familial predisposition to diabetes from both sides, coupled with the stress of my professional life, seemed to be potential trigger points in my case.
 
As time progressed, the necessity of insulin to regulate my sugar levels became inevitable, a development that I found challenging and undesirable.
