By registering and participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following policies:

1. Program Guidance & Availability

  • The doctors and diet experts associated with FFF Online are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) for general guidance related to the program.
  • Outside these hours, the FFF Online team will not be available for consultations.
  • In the event of a medical emergency or urgent health concern, participants should contact their local physician, family doctor, or the nearest healthcare facility immediately.
  • The FFF Online team does not provide emergency medical care.
  • Participation in FFF Online constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All registrations for the Fast for Freedom (FFF Online) program are non-refundable.
  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or partial participation.
  • If access to the program is not received due to a technical issue from our side, participants must notify us within 7 days of registration. In such cases, FFF Online will either:
    • Resolve the issue, or
    • Provide a credit toward a future program.

3. Participant Responsibility

  • Participants are responsible for following all program instructions and guidelines provided during the course.
  • Lifestyle changes, fasting practices, & dietary modifications recommended under the program should be undertaken with due consideration of personal health conditions.
  • Any pre-existing medical or health conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.

4. Disclaimer

  • The FFF Online program is designed to provide general health and lifestyle guidance.
  • Participants should consult their healthcare provider before making any significant changes to their diet, exercise regimen, or medication.
  • The program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency treatment.
