My Fasting Story

Dr. Pramod Tripathi announced a group fasting event for Navratri 2024, and I found the challenge motivating, so I decided to participate.

My fasting experience was truly wonderful, as I lost about 4 kg and gained a newfound confidence in my ability to fast for several days.

This journey taught me that sheer determination and willpower are essential in controlling one's mind and achieving personal goals.

I am excited to continue fasting in the future and am grateful to be part of such supportive community events.
