Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling Calls and Emails:

Managing incoming calls and making outbound calls to prospective customers.

Responding promptly and professionally to emails received on the office mail Id.

  1. Lead Follow-up and Management:

Diligently following up on all leads received through various channels.

Ensuring the accurate entry of each lead in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all call interactions and lead progress.

  1. Social Media Engagement:

Managing data and leads generated through social media channels.

Engaging with potential customers on social media platforms to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

  1. Lead Conversion:

Using persuasive and consultative sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed customers.

Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products/services and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.

Closing each lead satisfactorily and achieving conversion targets.

  1. Customer Satisfaction:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Addressing customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and proactively.

Ensuring customer satisfaction by building rapport, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience insales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset with a drive to achievesales targets.
  • Strong persuasion and selling abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).

Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Freedom From Diabetes, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting data and turning it into information which can offer ways to improve our business, thus affecting business decisions. You will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends. Your expertise in Google Cloud services, Python programming, and your understanding of data quality will be crucial in providing actionable insights to the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect data from various sources, including Google Firestore and other databases.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected, adhering to the 5 C's of data quality.
  • Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Use Google BigQuery for querying and analyzing large datasets efficiently.
  • Leverage Python notebooks for data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (Firestore, BigQuery, Data Studio), and Python programming.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
