Despite leading an active lifestyle, with my daily step count averaging around 11,000 thanks to the nature of my work, I was unexpectedly diagnosed with diabetes during my annual health check-up in December 2023. My HbA1c came out to be 8.0.

Thankfully, L&T's collaboration with Freedom from Diabetes (FFD) came at the right time for me. In January, I enrolled in a short one-month program. Soon after, an internal company email about FFD prompted me to take the next big step. The structured support and guidance I received helped me understand that diabetes isn't a disease but a reversible condition, empowering me to commit to my transformation.

I also lost weight, going from 74 kg to 68 kg in the first phase. Now, under FFD guidance, I’m working on building lean muscle.
