My Diabetes Story

It's absolutely mind-boggling how I stumbled upon the realization of my diabetes. You see, I was struggling with a weight issue for the longest time and had hit an all-time high at 96-98 kg.

As if that wasn't enough, during a preoperative checkup for colitis, hypertension made its presence known as well.

Nothing seemed to be working out in terms of shedding some pounds until one fateful day when a dear friend of mine suggested FFD as he knew people who lost significant weight through this medium. Intrigued by the possibility of finally finding a solution, I jumped on board without hesitation.

And thank goodness I did - it was in those initial rounds of tests that my diabetes was discovered! Who would have thought that joining FFD for losing weight could have been such a lifesaver? It still astounds me to this very day!

I was not aware of my diabetic status till I came to FFD.  My initial main goal was to reduce weight and reduce BP medicines if possible. The HTP batch that I enrolled in was number 82.
