My diabetes story

March 2021 was a month that I will never forget. It all started when I began experiencing the classic diabetes symptoms of frequent urination. At first, it didn't seem like a big deal, but as the days went by and my trips to the bathroom increased in frequency, I knew something wasn't right.

Worried about my health, I decided to visit my doctor who recommended routine tests be done. To my surprise and dismay, diabetes was confirmed through these tests - something that runs in my family history.

How was FFD introduced?

It was through Facebook that I got introduced to FFD.

My decision to associate with FFD has been the best.  Little did I know that my life is going to change so much.

My program began in January 2023 and by May I was told to stop my medicines.

My HbA1c improved from 7 to 5.9.
