I am PadalaLaxmana Rao from Andhra Pradesh. I worked as a lecturer in a Government college, retired as a Principal, now working as a Lawyer.

My diabetes story

In 1994, I had some skin itching for which I consulted a Dermatologist. Upon his advice, I did a sugar tolerance test and got to know I had diabetes. There were no other specific diabetes symptoms.

Family history-wise my father was a diabetic. I also faced health issues like constipation, hypertension, knee pain, fatty liver grade 1, and high cholesterol. I was put on multiple medicines.

How did FFD happen?

It was through Dr. B. M. Hegde's speech that I came to know about Dr. Pramod Tripathi and Freedom from Diabetes.
