My diabetes story

A very strong smell from my urine prompted me to undergo blood tests which revealed very high fasting and PP levels. I do not have a family history of diabetes and my body did not show any specific diabetes symptoms. 

My sugar was under control with a minimum dose of medicine but in April 2021 I was admitted to the hospital for COVID treatment. Post that, uncontrolled sugars became a concern..
