FFD is like God to me. You ask for one favor and he gives you more than you want.
I am Dinesh Kumar from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. I work as an administrative assistant in the Health Department.
In 2013, I started noticing that I was becoming increasingly frail and was constantly exhausted and unwell. This was something not usual for me. So I went for a checkup and got to know that I was a diabetic.
2018 gave me another blow. I was started on BP medications from then. By the end of 2020, I was started on cholesterol medicines too.
My other problems included gases, acidity, back pain, obesity. So, I never took insulin but was on various medications for diabetes, BP, cholesterol. I also needed to take medicines for gases, painkillers sometimes.
Nobody can be happy in this state, I too was not. But somewhere I had decided, I will not give up, I will keep looking out for solutions.
I came to know about FFD through a past participant who had benefitted a lot from joining FFD. I decided there itself that I would associate with FFD.
I attended a Discover Reversal Session of Dr. Pramod Tripathi and immediately enrolled in the HTP program.

FFD is the best thing that happened to me. Little did I know, that my life is going to change totally...for good.
As I started following the program, my medicine dosage started reducing. My diabetes medication stopped after 3 months of joining FFD.
My overall weight before joining FFD was 87 kg, on the much higher side. I lost 19 kg of excess weight and I am very happy about it.
The best thing is I was told to stop my cholesterol and BP medications too in around 1 month.
Now, it was time to start preparing for GTT -the ultimate test for a diabetic. We were educated about what GTT means and how it needs to be approached.
I took this challenge and on 16th November 2021, I passed GTT -the glucose tolerance test with flying colors. FFD awarded me a GTT medal too for that in Muktotsav 21.
I am extremely thankful to Dr. Pramod Tripathi and his FFD team for giving me this total freedom.
