My Weight Gain Story


Since my early days, I have consistently found myself on the chubbier side. It wasn't until after my graduation, when I entered the workforce, that a strong urge to address my weight became apparent.

I made attempts by hitting the gym and experimenting with various diets which gave me good results, but that time was relatively young. However, the challenges escalated after marriage, with two pregnancies compounding the difficulties.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated the situation, leading to elevated uric acid levels, increased weight, and back problems.

Despite acknowledging the need for change, I found myself unsure of the precise steps to take.

How Was FFD Introduced?


A neighbor of mine, who happens to be diabetic, shed a considerable amount of weight. When I inquired about his transformation, he shared his positive experience with FFD.

What Made Me Choose FFD?


Desiring weight loss, I found hope in FFD. I engaged in a conversation with FFD's dietitian to address my reservations regarding the connection between intermittent fasting and uric acid, drawing from my past experiences. Adhering meticulously to the diet protocol yielded remarkable results, with a substantial 10 kg weight loss in the initial three months, providing the encouragement needed. In total, I've shed 11-12 kg of weight.  My next target is to achieve an additional 10 kg weight loss.

I used to find pleasure in going to the gym and swimming in the past. I need to return to that level of physical activity.
