Hello all,

I'm Vinay Pratap Singh, a practicing advocate from Lucknow.

My diabetes story

I first noticed signs of excessive appetite, fatigue, and headaches in 2014. I ran tests to rule out these conditions, and the results gave me the worst shock of my life.

My body was expressing that practically everything was out of balance, including blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, and sugar levels.

Despite the fact that my parents have diabetes, I never gave this any thought. I realised my system needed to be fixed.

By the time I came to FFD, I was on insulin and tablets for diabetes plus other medicines as mentioned above.

How was FFD introduced?

My older brother, who had joined FFD, was the one who told me about it.

What made me choose FFD?

I never liked being on medicines. I also needed to lose weight. FFD was offering hope. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Reversal story

I made the right choice in joining FFD. My health began to significantly improve as soon as I started adhering to the four protocols. 

My insulin eventually stopped working, and I felt a great sense of relief from having to prick myself every day.

Although I am still taking diabetes medication, I plan to stop taking it shortly. The difference in my HbA1c was 9.2 to 6.1.

My weight dropped remarkably from 100 kg to 81 kg. The nicest part is that I'm no longer taking cholesterol medications.

It has been a wise decision to adopt cycling as an athletic identity.
