My pre-diabetes story

I was suffering from hypothyroidism for 3.5 years and naturally got into a pre-diabetic state. There is no history of diabetes as such and hence I was very confident that I will not fall into the trap. My sufferings were like blurred vision, weight gain, lack of energy, etc.

How was FFD introduced?

My reversal story 

The 4 FFD protocols namely diet, exercise, inner transformation and medical are amazing.  I started noticing progress in my health the very next day. I came out of the pre-diabetics stage within 3 months.

My HbA1c has improved from 6.1 to 5.5. My weight loss has been great at 14 kg. I feel lighter and I can now wear all my shirts/T-shirts which I parked in my wardrobe. 

I am still hooked to the thyroid medicines but it’s under control, I go for a cycle ride once a week and have covered 100 km so far. I feel excellent, have never felt great about myself all these years.
