I'm Kunal Murlidhar Kulkarni, employed in the pharmaceutical industry, and I reside in Panjim, Goa.
My diabetes story
In July 2022, an unexpected discovery was made through a random check – I was diagnosed with diabetes.
This revelation prompted me to have my family members undergo diabetes screenings as well, leading to the diagnosis of diabetes in my mother.
Fortunately, I did not encounter any significant health issues related to diabetes, except for some weight gain concerns.
How did FFD happen?
FFD was introduced in 2 ways - one by my wife and a second by a friend of mine. It was my wife who pushed me to join FFD.
What made me choose FFD?
I never liked being on medicines. FFD was offering hope. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Listening to my wife's advice turned out to be a wise decision. Joining FFD marked a significant turning point in my health journey.
Remarkably, within just one week of enrolling in the FFD program, I no longer needed to take my medications. Furthermore, my HbA1c level showed impressive improvement, dropping from 7.0 to a healthy 5.4.
What's more, I successfully shed 13 kilograms of excess weight, which greatly contributed to my overall well-being. I now feel exceptionally healthy and confident.
When it comes to exercise, I aim to follow the guidance provided by FFD's exercise experts and am considering joining a gym shortly.
This journey has also equipped me with valuable knowledge about health and lifestyle choices.
