I'm Marjorie Walder a retired teacher from Mumbai.

My diabetes story 

An annual health check done 25 years ago disclosed I had diabetes.  Interestingly, there is no family history of diabetes in my case. The ever-changing and adding medicines used to make me feel tired and lethargic.  My weight gain also impacted my overall activity levels.

How did FFD happen?

I came across FFD from my friend Beryl Pavri. She had lost a lot of weight and had brought her diabetes under control. It was her recommendation and my family's encouragement, that I consider this.
