My Weight Story
I’ve always been short and stout, and I never really worried about my weight since I had no health issues. However, over the last two years, I noticed a weight gain of about 5-6 kg while treating fibroids. This change made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable in my skin, leading me to switch from an XL to an XXL size.
Determined to lose weight on my own, I turned to various online resources and tried out different methods, including intermittent fasting and weight-loss foods recommended by random sources.

Joining FFD was the best decision I made for myself. The team assigned to me conducted a thorough assessment of my situation and developed a personalized plan. As I began to follow it, I started to notice positive changes. I adhered closely to the diet and exercise regimen tailored for me, progressing through each phase.
Initially, I had limited knowledge about diet and exercise. I was somewhat apprehensive about the exercise component since my only physical activity had been walking. However, I was eager to embrace changes in my body and learn to enjoy working out.
I tried various exercises, fasting, and juice feasting, and I found joy in every aspect of the program. My weight loss journey has been remarkable, dropping from 85 kg to 65.4 kg.
Although I haven't participated in many inner transformation sessions, the ones I did attend were motivational and contributed positively to my weight loss journey. My mindset has shifted to a calm "I can do it" attitude.
I am incredibly happy with my transformation; my body feels lighter and healthier, and I find myself more focused and sleeping better. I once lacked confidence, but now I can see how far I've come. Currently, I am following a "muscle gain and fat loss" regimen.
