Living an insulin-free life! The FFD's Protocol is highly personalized & completely doable

The way I have suffered for the last 24 years, I never thought I would ever reach the state I am in. All thanks to each and every person of FFD because they all have made things true!

I am an Industrialist (Footwear Manufacturer) from the National Capital Territory of Delhi. In the year 1997, I got to know that I have diabetes. It was the constant feeling of hunger, frequent urination, and thirst plus the feeling of weakness that had made me visit my doctor.

I had seen my grandparents and parents suffer from it. Now, I had it.. at a very young age, which was pretty difficult to digest. A little bit of family history plus a maximum of professional stress would have been the cause I think. Being into the footwear manufacturing industry was definitely monetarily yielding but stressful also.

As life progressed, the disease also progressed. Medicines increased. Started suffering from other problems like acidity, constipation, gases, tiredness, anxiety, high cholesterol, hypertension.

In 2016, had to be started on insulin due to fluctuating sugars. The dosage went up to Lantus Insulin 30 units before coming to FFD. Also underwent 2 surgeries - cataract in 2017 and gall bladder surgery in 2019.

Luckily, got to know about FFD through one of my friends and enrolled myself in FFd's Diabetes Reversal Program i.e Holistic Transformation Program (HTP) batch 63. I had joined thinking my life will get better than what it was then. But to my surprise, I got more. FFD gave me more than promised.

My 30 units of insulin stopped in just 10 days. It was an unbelievable feeling. Now, I did not need to go through the trauma of injecting insulin every day.

Before joining FFD, my weight was around 117 Kg. After hardcore dedication from my end along with the great support and guidance of FFD people, it came down to 93 kg (24 kg weight loss) and I am proud of myself. Never heard of such a level of progress from any other organization till now.

Though I am still on diabetes medications the good news is that the medications are very much reduced. After all, it has been 24 long years.

I feel much younger and energetic now.
