I'm Rintu Nimesh Rathod, a chocolate sculptor from Mumbai. Additionally, I've completed a course in Naturopathy.

My diabetes story

In 2010, I received an unexpected diagnosis of diabetes during a Medical checkup. Alongside this, I was also battling severe sinusitis, which proved resistant to various treatments, including allopathy, homeopathy, and Ayurveda.

Being a strong advocate for naturopathy, I found some relief through homeopathy and Ayurveda, which piqued my interest in studying naturopathy more thoroughly.

Additionally, I was contending with high triglyceride levels. By then I realized the importance of seeking proper guidance for my overall health and well-being.

How was FFD introduced?

I can't recall the exact details, but my initial exposure to FFD was likely through a Facebook advertisement.

What made me choose FFD?

I had a strong aversion to taking medications and have always been a staunch believer in naturopathy. My conviction in FFD grew after attending Dr. Pramod Tripathi's DRS, as it aligned perfectly with what I had been seeking.
