My diabetes story

A random medical checkup done in 2018 disclosed I had diabetes. This was a big shocker as there were no diabetes symptoms. Family history-wise, my father did get this disorder at an early age and succumbed to it. I had witnessed all his sufferings and did not want to go through it. 

How did FFD happen?

Introduction to FFD happened through Facebook.  There I came to know that Diabetes Reversal is Possible and if so, I should try it.

Why did I choose FFD?

The 4 FFD protocols are the real pillars of health. Upon following them, my sugars began falling in place and I got the best piece of news of stopping my medicine soon. It has been six months since I am free from diabetes medicines. 

My 7 kg weight loss from 62 kg to 55 kg has been amazing. My HbA1c levels have also improved remarkably from 7.7 (with medicine) down to 6.5 (without medicine). 

I have always been very energetic but after FFD treatment there has been an enhancement. In the future, I would like to take up the athletic identity of a yogi as I love doing yoga.
