There are very few places where you actually get more than promised. FFD is one such organization! It gave me much much more than what I had expected.
I have no family history of diabetes. No one in my immediate family suffers from it. So, I was absolutely not ready for it.I came to know about my fluctuating sugars during a routine medical check-up in 2014. It was definitely shocking news for me.
At my level, I even tried to figure out what could have been the cause...but could not find any other than a few stressors - little personal and some work-related.
Diabetes did not give me any major problems but I definitely wanted to get out of it if there was any way out. This urge made me look for solutions whenever and wherever possible.
While doing so, I bumped into a video of Dr. B.M. Hegde. He was in great praise of Dr. Pramod Tripathi and his organization FFD for doing good work in the field of Diabetes Reversal. This generated my interest in FFD and I did research about it on the internet.
I attended the Discover Reversal Session of Dr. Pramod Tripathi in January 2020. Dr. Pramod Tripathi's presentation was amazing. It just blew me off. As a result, I enrolled myself in the very next Holistic Transformation Program (HTP) batch 54. From then, there was no going back.

All 4 protocols of FFD are just superb. I started noticing progress from day 1. Before joining FFD, I was on 3 tablets for diabetes. All my tablets stopped in 1 month's time which meant 8 years of diabetes gone in just 1 month.My health saw improvement in other parameters too. I lost a big 20 kg of weight in this process which is just great.
After becoming medicine-free, the other target was to pass GTT. FFD experts gave us appropriate instructions about how to approach GTT and how to go up the glycemic ladder etc. I finally cleared my GTT in 2020. It was the best news of my life. It felt like topping the board exams.
FFD not only treats your diabetes it also sees to it that you are gaining health from all spheres. When they found that my uric acid level was high, I was explained uric acid chart. Foreseeing the chance of having kidney stones, I was informed about the kidney stone food chart too. Who does this dedicated work?
Now, it was time to give it back. I became a mentor for this purpose and enjoyed the role of inspiring others to achieve their health goals.
