I'm a marine engineer based in Mumbai. As you might expect, my profession demands frequent travel.

My diabetes story

In 2015, during a routine medical checkup, I received the diagnosis of diabetes. While it wasn't entirely surprising, given that both my parents had the condition, I hadn't anticipated developing it at such a relatively young age.

I was also on the heavier side, with a weight of 108 kilograms. Fortunately, I hadn't encountered any other significant health issues apart from diabetes.

How did FFD happen?
