My diabetes story

As soon as hypertension was detected back in 2010, I also noticed that I was gaining weight.  It wasn't until a random check-up in 2017-2018 that high fasting sugars were detected, and the diagnosis of diabetes loomed over me like a dark cloud.

But thankfully, there was no family history of this disorder, which gave me hope that with proper care and management, I could overcome it.

Stress proved to be one of the main causes of diabetes for me - both personal and professional stressors added to my overall mental burden.

How did FFD happen?

FFD was introduced by two different people: my pranic teacher Major Rajamohan and Dr. B. M. Hegde.

What made me choose FFD?

I decided on FFD because of an inner desire to stop using medications and discipline my life. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi in 2019 added to my confidence; however, due to circumstances beyond my control, the decision to enroll was postponed to December 2022.  I called FFD and enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Joining FFD was the best decision of my life, because little did I know it would be the one-stop solution to all my problems.

My diabetes medicines stopped almost immediately and I felt like I was on top of the world. With FFD protocols guiding me every step of the way, my HbA1c improved from 7.90 to an unbelievable 5.6 in just 3 short months – something that once seemed impossible now felt within reach.

What's more, while previous attempts at losing weight had left me feeling frustrated and defeated with only a measly 5 kilos lost over 12 months, thanks to FFD I shed off an impressive 16 kilograms from 85 kg down to a leaner 69 kg!
