My diabetes story

I became aware of discomfort in 2008 and went to the doctor about it. The random readings were quite high, so I was advised to exercise caution and watch what I ate before coming back in three months. 

My father did experience this metabolic condition. I had to have cataract surgery as soon as I was told I had diabetes.

I had a routine of skipping and going for morning walks. Medicines and sugars were rising steadily, which was a major concern.
