My diabetes story
My pre-diabetes was discovered during a routine workplace checkup. Tests in 2018 revealed that it had developed into full-blown diabetes. Fortunately, everyone in my family—with the exception of my sister—is free of it.
I discovered that I had hypothyroidism (2018) and that I also had high cholesterol in 2021.

What made choose FFD?
I wanted the rest of my years to be medicine free. With FFD, I saw hope.

Reversal story
FFD protocols are incredibly powerful. Within 7 days of joining the program, my diabetes medications stopped, which I consider a miracle. My HbA1c, which was 7.1 before taking medication, has gradually decreased to 5.7. My further aim is to go below it.
My weight loss from 71 kg to 67 kg has been notable.
Despite the fact that thyroid medication withdrawal can be challenging due to the autoimmune nature
of the condition, I have high hopes that my cholesterol medications will eventually stop.
Currently, I am into muscle-building exercises. I have yet to choose one from cycling or running as an athletic identity.
I have successfully cleared IGT and am confident I will clear GTT soon.
