I'm Ranganathan Gurunathan an engineer working in the area of alternating energy.

My diabetes story

I was feeling worn out and had lost my agility in 2014. During a routine checkup, I learned I had diabetes. My father also had diabetes, but he managed it without taking any medication.

Concerning my problems, I occasionally experienced frequent urination and thirst. Since 2014, I've also been taking medications for high cholesterol.

How did I get to know about FFD?

I came across FFD while surfing the internet. I later learned about it from two of my coworkers. Their comments were favorable.

What made me choose FFD?

I never liked being on medicines and wanted to regain health.  It was the tipping point when I saw the great improvement in two of my colleagues, I immediately enrolled in the FFD type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP.

Reversal story

I battled diabetes for eight years. I had no idea at the time that I would ever be able to stop taking medication. I was free after just the second day of FFD treatment, which was incredible.

I've been practicing yoga for the past four years, and I'd like to add more exercise types to my
