Girish Ramarao : Thanks to FFD, I'm no Longer on Diabetes Medication

Out of the several causes for having diabetes, obesity and heredity are the major ones. I am not obese neither do I have any family history, yet I contracted diabetes. I am thankful to God that I came to know about FFD. This changed my life totally!
I am a software professional working for an MNC in Bangalore. I, however, work from home and I reside in Mysore. Stress is an inherent part of working as a software professional, but working from home plus this COVID situation has definitely added to it.
I have had a history of TB (both bone and pulmonary) since 2009. In 2019, after a function at home, I felt swelling in my left foot and I saw some liquid oozing out. My Doctor advised antibiotics but even after a month, the swelling did not go nor the oozing of the liquid.
He advised to get a sugar test done and then when the result came out with fasting of 290 and PP of 374, everyone was shocked since there was no history of diabetes in our family.
After giving a thought to the facts, I realized stress could have been a strong factor leading to my diabetes. Obesity and heredity points are ruled out in my case.

Apart from swelling in the left foot, I also had a burning sensation while urinating. After detection of diagnosis, my doctor had put me on tablets, Gd-Met (0.5 – 0 – 0.5). I was never on insulin.
I was searching for a way to get rid of the newly found diabetes in me. Fortunately, a friend of mine told me about FFD. This was great news. I had found a new way of hope. I started doing research from my side and finally joined FFD.

I followed all the protocols suggested judiciously and here I am today. My progress was not a sudden one. I became free of medicines in around 3 months' time, but it was a great journey. My health was improving each day and I enjoyed every bit of the FFD's Diabetes treatment.
I did not need to go through weight loss as I was not overweight. So, this was the plus point for me as compared to others.
My left foot swelling is gone and I do not feel any burning sensation while urinating.
It feels great to be healthy. I still follow the FFD protocols of having healthy food as suggested by the diet expert. I also get my tests done on a regular basis.
