My Diabetes Story

                 
In 2022, a routine medical check-up brought an unexpected revelation – I was diagnosed with diabetes. The discovery came as a surprise, especially given my relatively young age, despite a family history of the disorder on both sides.

Experiencing fatigue at the time prompted the examination. I attribute the onset of diabetes to a combination of professional stress and genetic predisposition.

Since 2015, I've been dealing with thyroid and hypertension problems as well. Things were going smoothly on medicines but three months before joining FFD tests were showing my sugars were out of control, hovering around 300.

I was also facing eyesight issues. This was the time I felt something seriously needed to be done.

How was FFD Introduced?
