My diabetes story
The year 2016 blood tests revealed I had diabetes. I was aware of the disorder because it affects both of my parents, but I never anticipated developing it at such a young age.
There was a generalized form of stress. Medication felt powerless as to how to control the condition.
How did I get to know about FFD?
I learned about the initiative from a friend who was taking part.
What made me choose FFD?
