My Diabetes Story


A medical checkup in November 2019 confirmed I was a diabetic. One month later, in December I got another blow of having high cholesterol too.

Excess weight was another issue that was grappling with. By the time I reached FFD, I was weighing 93 kg.

Upon reflection, I realized all this was due to three major factors - the familial connection on paternal side, professional stress & unhealthy lifestyle. All I wished for was a medicine-free and fitter life.
