My Story of Beating Diabetes and Cholesterol with FFD

My diabetes story
The unexpected discovery of diabetes during a routine medical checkup in 2013 came as a shock, especially considering my relatively young age and the fact that my mother also suffered from the condition.
However, the health challenges didn't stop there. In August 2020, I received the news of high cholesterol levels, and in July 2022, I was dealt another blow with a diagnosis of hypertension.
Faced with this combination of health issues, I was determined to find a solution and take proactive steps towards better health.
How was FFD introduced?
Since I live in Pune the major source of knowledge was newspapers and magazines.
What made me choose FFD?

I understood that reversing a 10-year-long condition would take some time, but it was well worth the journey. My HbA1c levels improved remarkably, dropping from 7.7 to an impressive 6.0.
But the transformation didn't stop there. With the expert guidance from the FFD team, I managed to shed around 6-7 kg, going from 70 kg down to a healthier 64 kg.
The icing on the cake was when I got the news of stopping my cholesterol medicine.
