My diabetes story
In 2010, I received a diabetes diagnosis, and for the next six years, I relied on tablets to manage the condition. Shortly thereafter, I learned about my hypertension issues, adding another layer of health concerns.

I had already discussed my problems with my family and my friends. I got to know about FFD through a past participant.
What made me choose FFD?
