How a Chartered accountant cleared GTT

I am Swati Patrawala from Mumbai, 58 yrs old, Professional Chartered accountant in Practice.
My high sugar level was detected on 1st June 2016.

The doctor insisted on insulin since random sugar was 485 & Hba1c was 13.8.

I assured the doctor that I would sincerely follow the diet, restrictions & medication prescribed.

This helped to bring down the sugar levels & Hba1c ( 5.1) drastically in 4 months, but the medicine continued - morning and evening.

Continued medication affected/ compromised my kidney function, which I was unaware of till came to FFD.

I came to know of Dr. Pramod Tripathi Ji through Dr. Sundeep Shah who was treating me for Trigger Thumb.

I attended the basic program by Dr. Pramod Tripathi Ji & was totally convinced that a cure/freedom from diabetes can be achieved.

Then I decided to go for the residential program and enrolled for TRP Batch 38 from June 23 - June 30. The routine followed at TRP was regimental but that paved the path for my freedom from diabetes. On 27 June, the 4th day, I was declared free from medicines. My joy was endless & determination sky high.

The new life given to me by FFD is very precious.

I follow the FFD diet and exercise regularly and have cleared the GTT on 14th Aug i.e. within 45 days only. Also, my HbA1c is maintained at 5.1 since the time I joined FFD.
