1 Cup Sesame Seeds Roasted and Coarsely Powdered

¼ Cup Almonds Peeled and Powdered

¼ Cup Cashew Nuts Powdered

¼ Cup Fresh Coconut Grated

1 Cup Dates Finely Chopped

1/4 Cup Whole Roasted Sesame Seeds

2 to 4 Drops Stevia If Needed

¼ tsp Cardamom/ Elaichi Powder

2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds for Coating


1. Cook the chopped dates in a kadhai, stirring well, until they dry out and start to form a ball.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except for roasted sesame seeds for coating, mix/ knead well together, and divide into 12 equal parts.
3. Roll each part into a ball, then roll in the roasted Sesame Seeds to coat all over.
4. Keep in the fridge to set.
