Rajma Cutlet for Diabetes

How to make a rajma cutlet?

Here is a cutlet recipe is as follows

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rajma – 2 cups

  • Finely chopped onion and green capsicum – 1 cup

  • Finely chopped parsley – 1 cup

  • Besan – 2 tbsp for binding. Add more if needed

  • Garlic paste – 2 t-spoons

  • Black pepper powder – ½ t-spoons

  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

  • Salt

Method:

  • Crush the cooked rajma.

  • Add all other ingredients.

  • Make patties of this mixture

  • Fry on the Tawa with less oil or shallow fry.
