My Diabetes Story

I was diagnosed with diabetes around 14–15 years ago, and I also have a strong family history.

Both my mother and grandmother had diabetes.

Over the years, I started experiencing multiple health issues.

I would feel tired very quickly, had constant anxiety, and also suffered from asthma.

My body pain was severe, especially in my neck, shoulders, and legs. There were days when even basic movement felt difficult.

Despite being on medication, my HbA1c levels kept fluctuating. At the time of joining FFD, my HbA1c was around 8.2.

How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?
