My Diabetes Story

Fitness & Weight Journey
My starting weight was 72 kg, and I dropped to 62.5 kg during the Fast for Freedom (FF2) program. I’ve now stabilized at 64 kg healthy, lean, and strong.
At the recommendation of my FFD fitness coach, I’ve also joined a gym. My current goal is to build muscle mass, and I’ve already seen good progress in the last three months.
New Goals: Strength & Endurance Mindset & Inner Work
My next step? Cycling 25–50 km regularly. I’m setting that goal for this month to push my endurance and continue evolving my fitness.

While I’ve focused heavily on the physical aspects, I haven’t yet explored Inner Transformation, no meditation, journaling, or counseling so far.
Time constraints have made it tough. But I’m open to it and will consider it when I feel ready. For now, I’m mentally clear and focused.
