When I look back, it feels as if nothing wrong ever happened. Getting to know that I have diabetes, doing some good things and coming out of it, and now again enjoying life like before... I owe all this to the timely treatment from FFD.
I am Manohar Vengala, a 49 year old software consultant from Michigan, U.S. I enjoy doing my work thoroughly but it is a bit stressful. My parents and sister have diabetes. I knew that these 2 points put me into a good range of having diabetes, but never thought I could have it.
Had started feeling weak a few days before being diagnosed with diabetes that is in October 2021. Had also lost interest in doing anything and was unable to do even small things.
All this was very new to me. So I went to the primary care physician for a check-up. Tests confirmed diabetes. Started with Metformin 500 mg twice a day and after one month increased to 1000 mg twice a day.
It was not a long time that I had been diagnosed with diabetes and I knew something definitely could be done. So I was in a positive mind frame.

I came to know about FFD through a friend (Satish Singampalli). He told me that FFD helps people to reverse diabetes effectively and sustainably. He also joined me. It was a great boost to have someone with me.
I joined the FFD diabetes reversal program - HTP batch 78 starting from 15th Jan 2022. My aim was a reduction of medicine, good control of HbA1c, and achieve a healthy BMI.
Since I am comfortable with Telugu, I requested FFD people to give me a mentor who could communicate in Telugu. I highly appreciate the FFD team for providing me with a Telugu-speaking mentor which made my start of the journey pretty smooth.
The 4 FFD protocols are just amazing. I have heard of so many treatments based on diet and exercise but the addition of the inner transformation aspect puts the FFD program on the pedestal.
I enjoyed following every bit of diet, exercise, meditation... After one week, my medicine was reduced to half, gradually after 4 weeks I was completely off the medicine.
There has been remarkable progress on other fronts too. Within 2 months, I lost 10 lbs and my A1C is 5.9 without medicine. After that, I lost 4 lbs.
I am feeling great after doing FFD. I am glad that I got it at right time.
