My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes during a routine health check-up in 1982 while I was still in service. With a family history of diabetes from my mother’s side, I was aware of the potential challenges that could come with the condition. However, for several years, I managed my diabetes without experiencing significant complications.
By 2009 I was put on insulin. At the same time, I was also diagnosed with issues of high cholesterol and BP.
Over time, I faced some concerns, including an increase in ketones, but I remained determined to maintain my health.
How did FFD happen and why did I choose to join it?
While seeking a structured approach to diabetes management, I came across Freedom From Diabetes (FFD) through advertisements. Intrigued by its program and approach, I decided to enroll in HTP with the goal of better managing my diabetes.

Reversal Story
The FFD team assigned to me studied my case in detail and designed a tailor-made plan. As I began implementing it, I started seeing positive results.
During my journey with FFD, I reached a significant milestone—I successfully became insulin-free. However, Due to certain factors, I had to resume insulin later. Despite this, I remain committed to managing my condition effectively.
My HbA1c, once above 8, has now improved to 6, Reflecting the positive impact of my lifestyle changes.
One of the most transformative aspects of my journey has been weight loss. I initially weighed 93 kg but managed to shed nearly 10 kg, Bringing my weight down to 83 kg. This achievement has made me feel lighter, More comfortable, And significantly more active.
To stay fit, I follow a routine of regular walking and yoga, Which keeps me physically active. While I haven’t participated in meditation or inner transformation sessions, my focus on an active lifestyle has greatly improved my well-being.
Looking back, I feel a deep sense of satisfaction and positivity. My health has improved both physically and mentally, and I no longer experience the discomfort and heaviness I once felt while walking. This transformation has allowed me to enjoy a more active and fulfilling life.
