I'm Amarjit Kaur a housewife from Pune.

My diabetes story

The tests done in 2014 for some health issues revealed I had diabetes. I then consulted a diabetologist who prescribed medications. Luckily, there is no family history of diabetes in my case.

Problems-wise, diabetes medicines used to make me feel sleepy. I also suffered from high cholesterol and hypertension. Wrist and ankle pain and body stiffness were other health concerns that were quite distressing.

How did FFD happen?

My first introduction to FFD happened through my husband's Boss who lives in Malaysia. My elder daughter who lives in Pune was the one who pushed me to join this.

What made me choose FFD?

Reversal story

The 4 FFD protocols are magical. My diabetes medicines stopped within one month of joining the program. My hypertension and cholesterol medicines took around eight weeks to stop completely.

I am very happy to share that I am medicine-free since then. My weight loss of 12 kg in four months has been remarkable. Clearing IGT two times has been very satisfying. My next goal is to clear GTT.

I follow the FFD diet properly. Exercise-wise, I am doing 5 km walking per day but wish to run a marathon one day. I feel very energetic now. Word tiredness has been deleted from my dictionary.

 My daughters have been a great support. This journey would not have been possible without them.
