I am Brijesh Ghodasara, a consultant from Surat, Gujarat.

My diabetes story

A full body checkup in 2020 disclosed I had diabetes.  Family history-wise, my father does suffer from it.  Like others, I too was put on medicines.  I was quite surprised by the news as my body did not show any diabetes symptoms. I was already on BP medicines since 2008.

How did I get to know about Freedom from Diabetes?

One of my doctor friends told me about how two of his patients had benefitted from FFD.  At this point, I felt it is worth a shot.

Why did I choose FFD?

I wanted to reverse my diabetes and become free of medicines so I found confidence in FFD.  I made the decision to shift to Surat and dedicate one year to my health.  I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2  diabetes reversal program - HTP.

My FFD journey has been beautiful. My diabetes medicines stopped within a few days of joining the program.  I am free from diabetes medicines for one year now.

My BP medicines too have reduced remarkably and I am sure I will get rid of them. I lost a whopping 27kgs which is just amazing. My fitness has also improved tremendously.

There are 2 sets of opinions among my friends and family. Some think I have become too thin, some feel it is okay.  I have gained some healthy weight but would like to get more guidance from the FFD team about it. I follow all that is recommended by FFD exercise experts and gym regularly.
