I'm Anita Lata Gupta, a retired teacher from Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

My diabetes story

I clearly remember it was January 2011 when I started feeling extremely weak. I was also losing weight. Unable to figure out the reason went to see my doctor. Tests done upon suggestion confirmed I had diabetes.

Interestingly, I do not have any strong family history of diabetes so never felt I would get it. The list of problems kept adding from then onwards like BP, thyroid, eye power issues, etc. 

In the year 2018, I also suffered from a heart attack. Despite controlling my diet and doing exercise there was no improvement in my HbA1c which was highly depressing.  

How did FFD happen?

FFD was introduced through YouTube.  Dr. Pramod Tripathi's video was very impressive which gave me the courage to give it a try.

What made me choose FFD?

I was fed up with constantly adding medicines and rising HbA1c and wanted freedom at any cost. Saw hope in FFD. The introductory webinar by Dr. Pramod Tripathi added to my confidence and I enrolled in Freedom from Diabetes type 2 diabetes reversal program - HTP immediately.

Reversal story

My journey with FFD has been amazing. My program began on 6th November and by 20th November I was free from all my diabetes medicines. My weight loss also has been good.

I lost around 8 kg of weight and all this happened by just following the 4 FFD protocols. My HbA1c has seen a good improvement from 7.8 down to 5.8.

I love yoga so the athletic identity of my choice would be of a yogi. Along with diabetes, I am also free from cholesterol medicines. Even blood thinners are stopped.

The word 'tiredness' has been removed from my dictionary as I have become super energetic. I am happy to share that I have cleared GTT twice now and hope to do it each year.
