My Diabetes Story
My diabetes journey began around 2003–2004 when I started feeling unusually thirsty and began losing weight rapidly.
A test confirmed diabetes. Given my strong family history, I knew what it meant. Both my parents were diabetic, and sadly, both passed away before the age of 58.
For years, I took multiple oral medications and insulin yet my HbA1c remained stubbornly high, touching 12.5 at one point.
Despite consulting top specialists in Mumbai, including those from renowned hospitals, nothing helped.
My sugars refused to settle, and I began experiencing bloating, fatigue, and digestive discomfort alongside mounting stress from my high-pressure job.
How FFD Was Introduced to Me
I came across Freedom From Diabetes (FFD) through Facebook videos and articles featuring Dr. Pramod Tripathi.
