My journey with diabetes began in 2012 when I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. With both my parents developing diabetes later in life, I knew I had to be careful. I managed my diet well for years to keep the disease at bay.
But things changed after personal tragedies struck—losing my father in 2017 and my mother in 2024. The emotional toll was immense, and it led to a sharp rise in my HbA1c, which reached 7.5%. That was a wake-up call for me.

I began my FFD journey with hope and hesitation, Juggling grief and a demanding job. Initially, it was hard to stay consistent, But as I committed, My sugar levels dropped back to the pre-diabetic range, And my thyroid improved too.
Inner transformation sessions—like gratitude meditation and journaling—were tough at first, but with Dr. Udita’s support, I slowly rebuilt my emotional strength. Physically, I lost weight, toned up, and was thrilled to see a flatter tummy again.
I had always been active with yoga and dance, But gym workouts, Especially after stretching, made a real difference. Encouraged by Dr. Sayali, I focused on strengthening my arms, legs, and shoulders and developed a solid gym routine.
