My Diabetes Story
I was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 55 when my uterus was removed. I didn’t show classic symptoms like excessive thirst or urination.
My only major sign was severe lethargy. I felt constantly drained, unable to manage even simple household tasks.
I had no desire to go out or socialize. It was as if life had slowed down completely.
How was FFD introduced and what made me choose it?

Before joining FFD, I was on Metformin, which made me feel nauseated and even caused vomiting. I couldn’t tolerate it.
During COVID, I was hospitalized and put on insulin, but even then my sugars didn’t rise. In fact, I had hypoglycemia episodes. It was confusing and frustrating.
